Does the flagpole come with the mounts?

If you mean the mounts for the flags, yes and they work well. They are adjustable to a point.

How wide is the base of this pole?

This pole is about 2" at the base.

How tall is the Flag pole when fully collapsed (for travel)? Also, how did you mount it?

It's about 4 foot tall collapsed and I used a mount that you put under a tire and then slide the pole into.

Is this hollow inside? I would like to put a light on top and run a wire down the center?

Yes - the pole is hollow and light weight. Caution - the pole does flex under normal wind conditions.

What is it made out of?

Aluminum.
