What Makes The Knives So Good ?
Each Slicer blade has a small stipples (teeth which extend beyond the Miracle Blade's exclusive convexor edge). These are incredibly hard and designed to cut through bone, grizzle, and cartilage. Sandwiched between every two stipple teeth is the heart of the cutting edge: the specially designed convex or edge. Similar to a straight edge but with a slight convex shape, it slices through almost any food like a hot knife through butter. The stippled edge protects the convexor edge so you get a knife that never needs sharpening. The All Purpose Slicer and Rock'N Chop are also hollow ground on each side so they're perfect for lefties and righties.
