How do you empty this?
At the bottom, you hook a quick connect hose with a 90 at the other end. Put the 90 degree connection in the sewer drain, twist off the air vent pictured in black on the top left of the picture
and tilt it up like the picture shows to drain it.

How do you fill this up? Wouldn't solid waste clog the drain hose?
Most people use these for gray water. If you do want to use it for black water, connect it with a 3" hose.

How do you know when it is full is the plastic semi translucent?
It may be translucent depending upon the amount of sunshine is around. Believe me, you would know "when this product is full" when utilized.
